How do I customize my Help Center?

You can modify the look and feel of your Help Center by changing colors and fonts. You can also change the way your content is organized by using themes. If you're comfortable working with page code, you can dig into the site's HTML, CSS, and Javascript to customize your theme.

    I would like to update the firmware on our LG displays. I would like to know where I could download the firmware

    I would also like to know what happens if something messes up with install? can I go back to previous version?

    I put a cookie sheet in the dishwasher, I didn't know it has some rust on it and now it is on the door of the dishwasher. Is there anything I can do?

    We purchased 4 LG 55SM5KE-BJ displays and require the firmware be kept up to date to maintain functionality with the sites we receive streaming data from. The units are less than a year old, we are receiving warnings of outdated browsers, and so far, I haven't found any firmware updates. It appears LG provides no firmware updates after they sell the units. We're more than disappointed, we feel cheated.
